 Verified Great tour We were a party of 17 in 3 vans for the ship excursion private tour to Pompeii, Sorrento & Positano in May 2026. Ludo, Salvatore, and Francesso were our drivers and they were excellent! They were personable, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to meet. During the planning stage Ludo was very responsive and provided many insights. The day of the tour all 3 vans were waiting for us at the port with no issues. The vans were all very comfortable. We had an awesome tour guide Marium(spelling?) at Pompeii and she was very knowledgeable and passionate about Pompei. Highly recommend requesting her if you are doing a Pompei tour. It was raining in Naples that day which meant slower traffic on the roads so we could not make it to Positano but Ludo and company adjusted the itenary and added other stops and everything was very smooth. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and return to the port in good time to reboard the ship. Thank You Ludo, Salvatore, and Francessco for a great day!

 Verified Personal Touch of Amalfi-Sorrento,and Naples Day . To start we booked a private tour almost a year ago, Ludovico Franco dealt with my wife through out the year always being in communications with her. We decided with our most endearing gracious driver Salvatore to go driving the Amalfi coast from Naples cruise terminal to Positano stopping along the way at beautiful photo stops. Took beautiful pictures. Then drove pack to Sorrento and spent time in the beautiful village of Sorrento for a couple of hours shopping and sightseeing. Salvatore then gave us a personal tour of Naples on our return. Thank you Salvatore and Thank you Mr.Franco.  Verified Ludo & Team are THE Best of Napoli! From the moment we contacted Ludo by email to the time he dropped us off again in Rome and every moment in between we were treated like beloved family! My “second mom” hadn’t been back to Naples where she started her married life and had two sons for many years. Ludo listened to her stories of where she loved (lived), had her boys and then surprised us with a customized walk down memory lane! This in addition to a wonderful local expert on Pompeii & The Veiled Christ, Luca, who grew up looking out his bedroom window into the museum and shared the deep mysteries of its conception in vivid detail then found THE best local lunch spot for us. Our trip down the Amalphi Coast with Salvatore that ended in a delightful afternoon lunch in Ravello away from the maddening crowds of the Amalphi Coast. It wasn’t simply their knowledge, or responsive service that makes you love being with them, it is their passion and humble pride in the unique and rich history of Naples that they so freely share.  Verified Excellent organization I chose this company to organize a few days trip to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi and Napoli tour with my friends and family. From the beginning to the end, everything was so well organized that made our trip unforgettable. Ludovico and Salvatore were excellent.  Verified EXCEPTIONAL BEST TOUR WE HAVE EVER DONE!!! I cannot rate this tour and specifically Salvatore enough stars Sals insight, experience , knowledge, outstanding communication, professionalism and very likeable personality made this tour exceptional, memorable and unforgettable. Sals intimate knowledge of the area allowed us to visit “secret spots” that most of the large tours would not even know about or be able to stop at to allow us some of the most picturesque photos of the area!!! I travelled with my in-laws and my children therefore there were three different generations and ages and everyone could not rate this high enough. We have done many other memorable tours in Europe and Italy prior to this however this one easily is the best without doubt. To make things even more unforgettable and memorable the value was incredible and cost a fraction of what all of the other tour operators wanted for LARGE groups of 20-50 ppl . This was a private tour for our family of SIX absolutely incredible value service and the highlight of our EUROPE trip by a mile!!! We intend to return to Naples and without question will specifically request for Sal again and will 100% be recommending Sal to any family and friends. We know who are travelling to Naples.

 Verified Naples and Florence Private Tours For anyone on the NCL Breakaway cruise through the Mediterranean, I have a great tour operator to recommend for the west coast of Italy. We used Naples Tour Service (NTS) in our Naples and Florence port stops. The pick up and drop off was flawless and the tour itself in both cities was outstanding with the tour guide who provided a local’s input into the history of the city and not just the places to see and eat. We tried ItalyTours for our own Rome port stop just to compare tour operators and I’ll honestly tell you it’s so much different. The ItalyTours guide did not say anything in between the drive from the port and Rome. I guess that’s ok if you want to just sleep but for first timers in the given city, it’s nice to know the history and personal point of view from the tour guide. I’ll also add that the private party cost with NTS was about the same if not cheaper than the semi private party cost with ItalyTours. I walked away from the NTS tours with a sense of friendship with the tour guide. ItalyTours was ok but we would expect more from private tour guides. I highly recommend NTS to anyone visiting Italy.
