Here you will no find a fancy lesson but a home cooking class. Our day will start with a tour through our gardens and together we will pick up our vegetables of the season from our biologic tradition, than we will go and take hen- eggs, more fresh than that!!
So we will sure you will appreciate all fresh ingredients of the day as: basil to cook our pesto, egg-plants to cook our parmigiana, zucchini for linguine with zucchine, and many other dishes to test and cook together that I will inform you more about at direct contact.

We used Naples Tour Service (NTS) in our Naples and Florence port stops. The pick up and drop off was flawless and the tour itself in both cities was outstanding with the tour guide who provided a local’s input into the history of the city and not just the places to see and eat. We tried ItalyTours for our own Rome port stop just to compare tour operators and I’ll honestly tell you it’s so much different. The ItalyTours guide did not say anything in between the drive from the port and Rome. I guess that’s ok if you want to just sleep but for first timers in the given city, it’s nice to know the history and personal point of view from the tour guide. I’ll also add that the private party cost with NTS was about the same if not cheaper than the semi private party cost with ItalyTours. I walked away from the NTS tours with a sense of friendship with the tour guide. ItalyTours was ok but we would expect more from private tour guides. I highly recommend NTS to anyone visiting Italy.
